This 6-Day Stress Relief Workshop is designed to help you step out of that cycle.

This is not a motivational session or surface-level positivity.

It is a simple, structured space where you’ll learn how to calm your mind, reduce overthinking, and create emotional breathing space within your daily life.

Over 6 days, we will gently work on:

• Understanding why your mind stays active
• Reducing mental overload and emotional tension
• Learning how to slow down your thoughts
• Creating small moments of calm throughout your day
• Feeling more stable and present within yourself
